Born in Buffalo NY, I grew up in a family that put the community at the forefront of success. I believe that to build a better society; people have to come together to understand, learn and accept.
Through years of artistic endeavors and academic scholarship, I thrive on encompassing both fellowship and community through the arts. I am passionate about working with students of all ages to ask and analyze questions of narratives that live through stereotypes and misunderstandings.
I value humanity and teaching the new generation to know better and do better. I charge myself with giving knowledge to demographics that have little to no access to academic thought, providing them with the tools to see their world differently.
